• Certificate : All artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity as shown to right.
• Print Description : Prints are artist made Giclee prints on100% cotton Arches Watercolour paper. Inks are archieval quality. All Prints are signed, titled (if appropriate), and sealed by Alison or Allan. Prints may be numbered, unnumbered or "artist proofs" at the discresion of the artists. Print sizes are given in paper size or image size. Image sizes 22cm x 32 cm are on Quater sheets of cotton paper (28 cm x 38 cm), Image sizes 32cm x 50 cm are on Half sheets(38 cm x 56 cm) and Image sizes 50cm x 70 cm are on Full sheets(56 cm x 76 cm).
• Shipping/Mailing : All orders sent out within two working days. Australian orders usually received by purchaser within three to eight working days depending on location. International  orders usually received by purchaser within five to twelve working days depending on location. Prints are sent in a complimentary mailing tube - cotton paper means that prints can be rolled and stored indefinitely in tube without damage.  Buyers will be notified as soon as possible if there is a variation to this.
• Payments : We use PayPal for all online purchases.You do not need to be registered with PayPal and can use your VISA or MASTERCARD.Transactions are processed in Pay Pal Secure environment. Email us for other forms of payment i.e.:Direct Deposit, Amex or Telephonic. All goods and mailing costs to be paid for in full before shipping.
• GST : GST already included for Australian buyers
• International Orders : Please note that tariffs, duties, taxes etc.may or may not be payable in some territories or counties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine and pay.
• Guarantee/Refund Policy : We want you to be totally happy with your artwork and offer a moneyback guaratee if you are not. Simply return the artwork to us (no questions asked) to receive a full refund minus the initial shipping charge. The request for a refund must be lodged with us within seven days of artwork receipt. This may be done by email, mail, fax or telephone. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• Damaged Goods Guarantee : Any of our artwork damaged or lost in transit will be made good at our or our carriers expense, including the cost of re-shipping. Notification of damage must be made within 24 hours of artwork receipt. This may be done by email, mail, fax or telephone. Proof of damage may be required.
• Privacy : None of your personal information will be given or shared by us to any third parties who are not directly involved in your purchase.
• Liabilities: Under no circumstances will our liability be greater than the cost of replacing the artwork or the cost of the artwork itself.
• Copyrights : Copyright to remain with artist and or heirs as per statutes unless negotiated for and purchased separately. Any unauthorised reproduction of any part of our website or work is an infringement of copyright. The property and copyright in all material contained in this website is vested in Allan Ashley, Alison Ashley, " The Ashleys Art "and "Art by Alison and Allan Ashley".
• Changes to terms and conditions : We reserve the right to change any terms and conditions without notice.
